You know when you just crave something sweet, gooey, with all the chocolatey goodness but you dread the feeling of regret and self loath that follows straight after? Well have no fear, my special chocolate protein muffin are here! They taste just as good as your everyday muffins without the extra calories and depression that follows suit. I shall start by listing the ingredients.
3/4 cup Ripe banana (about 1 large banana)
3/4 cup Egg whites
1/2 cup Plain low fat greek yogurt
3/4 cup Oats (Blend it to resemble flour)
2 scoops Chocolate protein powder (I used Impact Whey protein. You could use any flavour you fancy)
1/4 cup Baking stevia OR 1/2 cup sweetener of your choice that measures like sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
Palmful of chocolate chips
Mix it all up!
